Everything. The room, the facilities, the staff, all incredible. Poolside staff incredible too. Special mention for Hendrick who really looked after us. I had a sore throat and had lost my voice and Hendrick was so lovely, regularly bringing me a ginger and lemongrass tea to make me feel better. The service in this hotel is unparalleled to anything I've ever experienced

For a first trip to Bali with our young baby this was the perfect place to stay! ! From the attention at check-in to the warm wishes upon departure.   We stayed in one of the villa rooms - which was perfect for our stay with a baby allowing nap times to be enjoyed by the pool with the ocean right next door. Plus it was the most beautiful villa with everything you needed to relax by the private pool and very spacious. More space than appeared in the photos. The resort beachside infinity pool was amazing. We could have spent hours there - the perfect spot to watch a beautiful Seminyak sunset.  Location is perfect - able to walk to many locations or jump in a cab. Staff were so attentive to our needs from keeping our little one busy with lots of smiles and warm greetings at breakfast to even asking and arranging cleaning and other services around nap times.  The attention and service of staff was the best we have received in all of our travels - special thanks to Nika and Aussie who made our stay perfect! We feel so lucky to have selected this spot for our first trip to Seminyak! And hope to be back again next year.

Wonderful staff, excellent service. The à la carte breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and the rooms have every luxury you could wish for. Instead of trying different hotels during our vacation, we ended our trip wishing we had stayed at Samaya the whole time.
