The service at this hotel truly deserves five stars. The staff were friendly, patient, always smiling, and handled all our requests very professionally. Although the property shows a bit of age, the resort is well-maintained and feels well cared for. The rooms are spacious, and it’s the kind of paradise you could stay in forever without wanting to leave. You can spend the whole day enjoying the pool, watching the sea, or relaxing at the spa. Dinner was amazing — we had some of the best food we’ve ever tasted on our first trip to Bali.

Absolutely loved my stay at the stunning Black Beach Villa! I’ve been to Bali so many times and this is such a unique experience. It’s the perfect place to gather with my family and friends and get away from the busyness of Bali and life in general. The bedrooms are comfy and clean, the common areas are really spacious and it’s got that very tropical indoor outdoor vibe. As you walk through the massive front doors you can see straight to the gentle waves of the ocean. I could sit at the sunken lounge watching the sun set into the horizon forever! Not forgetting the big back yard, which was perfect for morning yoga with the family. During my stay, I felt truly disconnected from the busy world and woke up every morning to the sound of breaking waves. The serenity is unmatched. I can not say enough about the cheerful staff and who were so helpful throughout my stay. The cook is also extraordinary providing excellent dining options. I’ll definitely come back!

We like the villa very much, the pool is with heated water and the kids played a lot in the pool. The beach was stunning! Like a private beach. Black sand but clean and soft. Big waves but the kids liked to jump in the waves. Was Heaven on Earth! Mr Putu very kind and helped us with everything we needed! Big thanks to him!

Everything about this hotel is exceptional : location, service, food and service. A true international standards 5 star hotel - which is the only place we have found to deserve the title in Bali. The little number of villas / clients allows them to really provide the best service. You feel special and catered to. Respectful of the environment and the local culture, we had music and dance performed by the local school sponsored by the Soori - this was very nice. Also it was among the best food we have had in Bali. And they were very nice with our two young kids. Will definitely return when we get a chance to come back to Bali.

We were plrased to spend four days at this wonderful place. Right from the start, we felt like we were part of a family. We were greeted by name by the staff already in the evening. Interesting conversations with the managers showed the great interest for a perfect ambience and well-being of the guests. The efforts of Mr. Carmante and Mr. Arsana deserve special mention. !!! There was absolutely nothing to criticize about the furnishings and cleanliness of the tents and the entire surroundings. We felt like we were in paradise, where our wishes were fulfilled as soon as we thought of them. The place is absolutely recommendable, but be careful: It is also very popular, so book early !!!

A great surprise. Right by the ocean, one can hear the sound of waves all night long. Infinity pool and beach restaurant perfectly located. We stayed just one night and we felt it was too short!

Immaculate gardens with fulltime gardening staff. An ocean view, surf beach as far as the eye can see. I loved watching the surfers from the breakfast table every morning. Staff thoughtful and very efficient. I liked that there were so many staff, all the guests were given special attention. Crashing waves and birds to sleep and wake to. The delux glamping tent amazing. Four poster beds so comfortable. Nice special touches from staff. We rode electric bikes, had a bonfire. A resort to stay and relax within. Couples and families.

excellent, very friendly staff, clean and well prepared facilities, good food, very quiet beach. The best space for taking rest. Have only 21 villas with private swimming pool, then it is very quiet. Beach is beautiful, but we can just play not swim because tide is very high (this beach is used for surfing). Food is out of my experience, spa room is so nice and message is very good. Will recommend to my friends.

It was perfectly calm and relaxing. A true oasis of silence in the middle of nature. I hardly saw any other guests in the area, had pool and beach to myself and enjoyed a lot the calm surrounding. There is no city close by but you can do great trips to the rice terrace and hot springs. I would recommend this place for people looking for nature, Long Beach walks and spectacular sunsets. The staff was very helpful and very kind at all times.
