Herods Eilat is the best! We stayed for about 3 days here, and we really enjoyed the place and its savory and tasty foods; it's home to us. They have the most amazing staff: kind and friendly. The place is so tidy, with everything in its place. We want to thank Shirley for being so good to us and letting us experience the majestic beauty of Herods Palace. She really has a good soul. Everything. Especially, Rinat, The shift manager, who showed excellent servicability and kindness. All the staff members were very nice and hekpful, but Rinat especially, was above them all.

The hotel and the rooms are very clean and comfortable but the service is more than excellent, they care that you really have a satisfactory experience, they go beyond the service commitment, I had a wonderful experience, by the way the breakfast bar is spectacular and complete, it has something for all tastes, I am very grateful for my experience and I would definitely return and recommend the hotel
