I loved the beach view from my room, it was refreshing to wake up to such a sight every morning. The convenience of having beach access within walking distance made my stay even more enjoyable. The hospitality of the staff was exceptional. Additionally, I appreciate the level of privacy offered, allowing me to relax without any disturbances.

Highly under rated property. Located right on the beach with gorgeous Italian riviera like views of the beach and hills. Great food and courteous staff.

Nice location right on the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Very nice atmosphere at the restaurant. The arrangement with the coconut resort is excellent!

Perfect spot on the beach, so close to the airport without having any bother from aircraft noise. The restaurant is great and breakfast is quiet and lovely. Much less touristy than some other parts of Goa.
Only waterspots are parascending and jet skiing of which there are many at the other end of the beach, at this end just swimming and sunbathing, and eating great food.
We had an AC room overlooking the beach.
