The apartment was spacious for two of us, and it was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The flat has a maintenance manager who was brilliant and quick to respond if we have any problems, questions or requests. On our way home We had a problem with our Taxi. We were so grateful that with his help, we sorted out and got to the airport on time. The apartment was in great location, close to many restaurants and bars, also less than10 minutes walk to the nearest beach with many choice of beach shack bars/restaurants. Must mention the Breakfast! It's included and can choose from huge variety of Indian breakfast and sandwiches with tea or coffee. Delivered fresh still piping hot. We place an order and look forward to see what is uttapa, poha, Upma....and so on. The complex had a Swimming pool was also a plus and beautiful lush gardens around the apartment. Thank you very much.

Excellent location in front of the ocean, no obstruction, or noisy neighbours, beautiful spacious and private balcony to appreciate the lush greenery and sea breeze in silence. Beautifully maintained garden. Exceptionally clean, best bathroom and instantly hot shower in Goa. Dominic and Leti the owners were extremely friendly, helpful and kind. Excellent wifi connection.

The resort is not very big or with fancy amenities but it's location is great, just 100 mtrs from beautiful beach, very close to market where one can go shopping, enjoy evening at coffee shop, go clubbing, hire 2 wheeler and explore Goa. So everything one need is right at your doorstep. The food is absolutely amazing at the resort. Trust me... you don't need to go out for food infact just eat at the resort. Mr. Ranjeet the head chef will serve finger licking food and desert. The staff is very polite, well mannered and helping. And best part about staying here is Mr. RAJ who is the General Manager here who is very friendly, very helping, attentive to all your needs. He makes your stay very pleasant and make all his guest feel special. I definitely can't wait to visit this place again soon.... cheers...!!!

Everything was clean and as shown in photographs. Staff were attentive, and the hotel offered a lot of affordable luxury. I had read low-score reviews online, and saw that these were linked to room size and room atmosphere; to my knowledge I had one of the cheapest rooms in the hotel, and it still had a spacious and luxurious feel to it. It may be small for Goa, I don't know, but compared to the UK, it was larger, and with a veranda/balcony area!
