I rarely effuse over accommodation and virtually never give 10. Now, if you prefer 5-star hotels you may not agree with this 10. If, however you want a century-old building immaculately maintained, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and a beach nearby ... well this place is a 10. For my taste, it is one of the best places I've ever stayed in.

Brakfast was excellent, lots of healthy options and fresh food-suitable for western travellers or visitors of old age. The location could not be better, away from the busy city circle and crowded beaches, yet so close to the beach with such fantastic view. The staff were very professional and helpful. So quiet and peaceful to just sit in the balcony and revisit the past. I would recommend it for vistors of any age and any country. So proud to have a hotel of this standard in my homeland.

One of the standout features of the hotel is its fantastic location, as it is situated right on the beach. Having direct access to the beach made my stay even more enjoyable, and I truly appreciated the beautiful views and the convenience of being so close to the water.
