Excellent Stay. Location of Villa is Superb. Calm and Peaceful Residential area with beautiful flowers and plants just 2 min from Busy Trivandrum City. Villa is very Spacious and around 12-14 members can stay very confortably.Stay was very much affordable too. Kitchen has all facilities for self Cooking. The room was very clean and the hosts were very kind and helpful. We were in Kovalam off season, so the place was very quiet. Just behind the hotel there was a very good and cheap restaurant full of local specialities. The hotel is very close to the beach and the light tower.

1. Perfect Location with sea view and access to private beach. 2. The staff is very co-operative and helpful. 3. The restaurants are at the distance of 15 to 20 minutes but are worth it. 4. To visit the beach I would say that go in the morning as there won't be any rush or crowd at that time before 10. 5. The main thing I liked about this property was they didn't ask for any advance payment before we reach there. 6. They also arranged vehicle for us if you need any you can ask them for so.(charges applicable separately)
