location is super. just few steps aways from the old historical town. plenty of parking outside. the owner is super friendly willing to give you interesting advices for visiting the town. the room is completely renovated with plenty of space for a family of 4. bathroom is big. plenty of space and clean. just outside the building entrance there is an excellent bar for breakfast. plus: we left our luggage in the main entrance and collected at the end of the day

I only have good things to say about this accomodation. It is in a nice area, the room was clean, large bathroom with a nice rain shower, the owner was very welcoming, comfortable bed(!) and we could leave our bags in the hallway when we explored Cagliari.

Very nice location in the authentic part of the old town. The host was very helpful and was available for questions. The place itself had comfortable beds, air conditioner kept comfortable temperature during the summer and large bathroom.
