My stay at the guesthouse was absolutely wonderful! Nicola and Eliana were exceptional hosts whose warm hospitality made my visit truly special. Their kindness and attention ensured I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my entire stay. The breakfast provided was superb—fresh, delicious, and of very high quality. The guesthouse itself was charming, cozy, and impeccably clean. I particularly loved the genuine, welcoming atmosphere, which made my experience memorable. My only regret is that I didn't have time to visit the restaurant Nicola recommended. If I return to Civitavecchia, I would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Loris,Amar and their mommy took us in like a family, tried their best to make us feel comfortable and at home. I came in sick with vertigo and my friend with bad cough after the Maditeranean cruise and Loris help us to get the medicine and in 2 days we are better. My friend lost her luggage at the port and Loris took his bike to look for it every port office even at the police station. What else do we expect?? Rita Lori's and Amar...you are just spectacular and.not to forget food around the clock

Very large spotless room with seaview. Perfect location near beach and pedestrian area with lots of restaurants. Price/performance = 100%. Those are the facts. Ultimately however, it is about the "feel of the place". It is very much due to the hostess Giulia. This is a true B&B with a lot of personality. We lingered in the garden even though we really needed to leave... If visting Civitavecchia again we wouldn't consider any other place.

The location is fantastic, everything you need a short walk away. The apartment was modern, very comfortable beds and exceptionally clean! The kitchen has everything you need including a coffee machine and the wonderful hosts stocked coffee, tea and condiments. Emmanuel, our host, was delightful and so helpful. There is an elevator which helps with luggage up to the apartment. Amazing views over the port. Highly recommend this apartment!

The host communicated with me before my arrival and checked in with me on my travel day to anticipate the exact time of my arrival. She sent me pics of the beautiful sea near the BnB before my travel date. The unit was impeccably clean with an attention to detail. A shower cap and great water pressure in the shower. Little biscuits left for morning coffee. The host carried my luggage upstairs for me and showed me how to use the AC and the coffee maker etc. The bedding is high quality sheets and pillows and the mattress was very comfortable. The unit is nicely decorated and it is incredibly quiet being on the upper floor. In the morning, I had an issue with the breakfast Café and the host sent her husband down in 5 minutes to assist me. I had a wonderful, restful night and would stay here again.
