We loved everything: the large and nicely decorated room, the comfortable bed, the balcony overlooking the small square, the cleanliness and good taste throughout the entire place. Valentina was a very kind and attentive host. Perfect location – close to the city center and the beach. Also, Nettuno is a picturesque town on the Tyrrhenian Sea – not very well known, but with a peaceful, typically Italian atmosphere, beautiful and clean beaches, medieval buildings, and old churches. We will definitely return to Nettuno, and of course, to Favola Guesthouse Affittacamere.

Very nice, fresh appartment with large balcony with a sea view. Secure and easy to access parking lot. And of course the hot tub on balcony was the cherry on the top.

We had a good stay in this apartment. Communication was good via booking and What’sApp worked well (with translation app). We were greeted very nicely at the apartment and received all the information we needed. You can walk near the beach to the city center - where most of the restaurants are located. We could even walk with luggage directly near the beach to the apartment (I reccomend this (if you come per train like we did), since taking the street is not a scenic route). In the city center you can find great pizza places - we loved Pizza Miranda and Pizzeria La Marciaronda. You will find „Le Streghe“ Ice Cream near the apartment (loved by locals) - it was a fun experience. We’ve had everything we needed in this apartment. I loved the sunrise on the balcony. The A/C worked great and is a must have when you come in August like we did.
