Exceptional stay, best ever after traveling around the world. Right in the heart of Pescara, just a quick walk to center and main shopping hub as well as beach. Apartment was absolutely beautiful, modern design and lovely perfumed linen and well equipped kitchen. The apartment had everything you might need. Private Parking in front of apartment door. Yoga Pilates and Swedish massages available on site. Hosts are very sweet and helpful.

Location was a perfect distance to the beach, shops, bus and railway station. We loved the marble interior, the room was clean, decorated to a high standard with hot drink facilities and cold drinks in the fridge. The shower was hot, the toiletries provided was a nice addition, lovely fluffy towels. The key code rather than a key for access was quick and easy to use. The motion sensor light gave us peace of mind during the night if needed. It is not necessary to have the room cleaned daily but can be if required. The balcony to watch the hustle and bustle of the busy street was ideal, perhaps a couple of outdoor stools for us nosey people. Spizzo cafe was good for breakfast, the food was tasty, just enough to set us up for a trip to the beach with friendly staff every time.

Beautiful, new and spacious. We absolutely loved our stay here only if it was for one night! The added bonus was the inclusion of the beach sunbeds with unbrella all included, I really appreciated this thought! Laso the choice of where to go for breakfast that was included was also a great idea, as sometimes you feel to try different places. My recent stay at B&B La Riserva Dannunziana Luxury Suites was absolutely outstanding. I can't rate it anything less than a perfect 10! From the warm welcome to the luxurious suites, everything was top-notch. The proximity to the Dannunziana Nature Reserve added an extra layer of serenity to the experience. A fabulous centrally located Apartment. Easy instructions to follow to locate & access & Car Parking place organised on our day of arrival. Large room and bathroom both spotlessly clean. Refreshments available in the room - we had a great stay & a shame it was only for 1 night on our way further south.
