Exceptional stay, best ever after traveling around the world. Right in the heart of Pescara, just a quick walk to center and main shopping hub as well as beach. Apartment was absolutely beautiful, modern design and lovely perfumed linen and well equipped kitchen. The apartment had everything you might need. Private Parking in front of apartment door. Yoga Pilates and Swedish massages available on site. Hosts are very sweet and helpful.

Previous reviews criticised breakfast. Firstly, we sat inside in comfort and secondly, we enjoyed delicious croissants, toasted panini made from an amazing bread, cappuccino and orange juice. Alessia and her staff made us very welcome. The room itself was fully renovated, very modern Decor, lovely bathroom products and in old town. We loved gazing from the balcony towards the busy piazza that led to Station, which by the way was the easiest walk ever. Close to vibrant nightlife and beach. Thankyou Alessia. I have full confidence in recommending.

It´s really nice place. The location is near the city centre and it´s near all the restaurants and the beach. The owner is really nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was extremely clean, beautifully furnished, and exactly as described. Filippo was always available, very friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. It's a beautiful, bright, spacious room, stylish and elegant. The ensuite bathroom is all glossy marble and glass, with a powerful rain-shower and handheld shower. The bed was so comfortable I wished I could take it home. Every detail has been thought of, to make the stay very comfortable. I travel frequently in the UK and US and have been lucky to stay in some very high-end places but they really lack the design and quality of Italian accommodation. Personally I appreciated the flexible lighting; you could make it really bright if you wanted (my preferred choice) or low lights if that's your preference. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching people heading to and from the beach, which is the next block from the apartment, but I also appreciated escaping from the heat into the air-conditioning. Everything was super-clean when I arrived and housekeeping came every day to keep it that way. Gabriele the host promptly responded to every query and was very welcoming. Highly recommended!!

I liked the location of the property; it was very close to the sea, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. There was a coffee machine, snacks, and drinks in the minibar. The variety of bathroom amenities was excellent—there was even a hair straightener. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious, bright, and pleasant. The only downside was that the bathroom had transparent black glass, so the inside was visible. Our room was cleaned every day, and overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Beautiful modern property with many extras. Close to the beach and restaurants. It was great that we could reserve two beds and umbrella on the beach with a discount. Staff very attentive and friendly.

The location is perfect, near the beach, stores and restaurants. The room is very beautiful! they have everything we need, from coffee to steamer for clothes, the bed is comfortable to sleep in, television and WiFi are great also! Very easy instructions for checking-in. They also provided a parking spot for us which is only 5 mins walk from the location. I really recommend this place 100%!
