All the staff are very friendly and helpful, from receptionists, to the barmen, the spa staff to the waitering staff, even the pool man makes an effort to make you feel at home. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, everything brand new.The host was very kind and provided us with plenty of information.We also appreciated the option for self check-in, which was very convenient.
