The apartments are very close to the beach and the city center. You have parking spots in the structure, so you don't need to use the car. The apartment was very clean, like the pool. Overall, this place is super nice. We will come back for sure

The location is excellent, two minutes from the beach, there's a small supermarket accross with a good selection of fruit and veg. The appartement is lovely, new finishes, all works well and it's very clean. Easy and safe parking behind. The weather was unexpectedly cold but there was heating in all the rooms. Lovely views from all the balconies to the sea and the mountain. Good, powerful shower. Roberta was super attentive to our needs, there wasn't a bottle opener and she sent me one immediately. We would love to return for a longer stay.

Our holiday in Sperlonga was simply wonderful. Our apartment was located on the 3rd floor of a historic building, right in the heart of the old town. The apartment is very spacious and extremely well-equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and even a dryer). The kitchen has everything needed for comfortable cooking. The nearby beaches are sandy, with very clean water, and perfect for staying with children. It only takes about 6–8 minutes to walk from the apartment to the beach. One thing to keep in mind: the old town has many stairs, ups and downs, but for us with kids it wasn’t a problem at all. A special thanks to our host, Andrea, for the wonderful apartment. We will definitely be back! 🌟

I highly recommend this place. B&B its just few steps from beautiful beach Sperlong and from many restaurants. Stunnig old town on the hill its around 5 minuts walk. Breakfast is very good. The owners are very helpful... its good to ask them about everything as best beach club, restaurant etc..

Comfortable, calm and good location in Sperlonga. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well equipped for that. We appreciated the dish washer and washing machine. Barbara was a very friendly host and replied in a fast and helpful way to our messages. We liked Sperlonga because there's stuff to enjoy (old town, restaurants, cafés, lovely sand beach) but it's still small, cute and walkable. Early October was perfect because we still had beach weather but without the crowds, the town was very calm.

Emanuela is a super host. Our train was late and she helped find a driver to fetch us. She brought extra coffee and was overall super responsive and kind. The flat was very clean and well equiped. Thr location is perfect. It's right on the piazza but it's quiet inside. Ideal! Also an easy walk down to the beach.
