Charming hotel in a great location (by the lake and in the city center). The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was available for a fee near the hotel at public parking spots or in the hotel's parking lots, one of which was next to the hotel (€18 per day) and the other further away (€9 per day). If you spend the day hiking and come back only in the afternoon and leave early, the cheapest option is to park at the public parking spots by the lake, where parking is free at night. We mostly used this option, only once leaving the car in the €9 hotel parking lot (about 600 meters from the hotel). Breakfast was plentiful and included both savory and sweet options. We liked that the hotel had a good value-for-money restaurant where we could have dinner. However, if desired, there are many other dining options nearby. We were very satisfied with our stay.

I have accidentally walked in the reception a day earlier, they have offered me the only room available which was a suite at an outrageous price , they have made my stay a dream and my wife really enjoyed it

I had a room with a balcony and lake view, it was spectacular. The room is simple but very clean. Bed was comfortable.

Receptionist staff were very friendly, helpful to keep our luggage for few hours and effective for a fast check-in. They give us an upgrade to a junior suite with a view on the lake. Fantastic Spa with hammam, sauna, aromatic shower, recovery rooms, jacuzzi etc ... all included in the price ! Breakfast was very good with a huge choice and quality. And a parking on site free ... I highly recommend this place
