Cosy rooms, right on the beach. The walk way to the beach is covered in beautiful plants. Very picturesque

The facility is located right on the beach. Access to the beach and local taxi boats was easy because of the location.

Good location, nice bar, comfy room. We stayed only one night so didn't explore much. There are good restaurants that are walking distance but it felt a little far from the action and the crowd felt more upscale than other places we have been, friendly but less varied. The room was nice. The pool was small but well maintained. Like everywhere on 7 miles beach, beautiful sunsets.
Located right on the beach too.

Location is spot on. Right on the beach and close to all the places you would want to be in Negril. Deceptively hidden away but once on to the property a pleasant small community of condos. We stayed in the Lower Beach Condo. Not beach frontage but with a nice patio area and a 10 seconds walk to the beach bar and the beach. Facilities in the Condo was more than acceptable and the air worked well! One other point is that it is relatively away from the majority of the "Big Noise' that comes from the party atmosphere that occurs Negril.

This hotel is right on the beach, it needs a bit of renovation but it has all you need for your holiday. There are plenty of places nearby where you can eat on the beach. The owner is a very nice lady that makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. They only accept cash as payment, no credit cards accepted
