The hotel beds are super soft and comfy. Rooms are well maintained and clean. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful as they are able to respond to all my requests promptly. E.g. My mother forgot to bring the key for the luggage padlock and we could not open it at all. I called their Manager, Mr Sean, and he was able to quickly asked his staff to help us cut open the padlock. He even bought us a new padlock without us asking. We are really thankful for their fast response and wonderful service which makes our stay an extremely pleasant one. Not forgetting to mention the hot stone massage offered by the hotel was simply amazing. The therapist who attended to me was skillful and experienced. She is also very attentive by repeatedly asking me if the heat from the hot stone is comfortable for me. The overall experience was relaxing and enjoying which I highly recommend is a must try.

What a beautiful new Hotel at the coast of Cambodia! We loved everything. The rooms are so nice, tasteful and beautifully decorated, the villas with a view from the bathroom in a green and lush garden are exceptional. All the staff members are super friendly, they were really trying their best to make our stay a very memorable experience. The breakfast and food in the restaurants was very tasty and was served with love. Sreythy picked us up at the airport Sihanoukville with a very warm and friendly smile and guided us through check in at the JATI Mainland Arrival before setting over to the island Koh Russey with the private boot transfer. That smile was always there when we met her during our stay and when we left she waved us goodbye with that lovely smile.

This hotel exudes character and history. The atmosphere and overall experience was excellent and although the hotel had a few minor repairs needed such as tiles missing on the infinity pool, but this did not detract from our .experience. The New Year buffet on the beach was amazing and the best we've ever attended. Room was large and comfortable and had a great view of the bay. The staff including the general manager worked so hard to ensure everyone has had a special night and throughout our stay he service was first class.

The staff were so kind and helpful (and fluent in English) - especially when we had to leave early for a family emergency. We asked the hotel to make bookings for e.g. chartering a boat for snorkelling, and providing a picnic and taxi transfers, and the cost was not significantly higher than arranging direct - but so much easier. And the breakfasts were amazing! And the beach, so close and so beautiful, and safe!

Location was great, cross the street from the beach. The restaurant was excellent and the staff was helpful.
