A very cute property in Bentota. The resort is really amazing, worth staying. The beach is just a small walk away, crossing the rail path- which gives another wonderful experience. The food is simply amazing.. The best we had in our trip to Sri Lanka. Special mention to the wonderful Chef and all the staff for the wonderful hospitality

Dear Nishanthi and Wasantha. You are the greatest hosts we’ve ever met! All the credit for our amazing holiday must be given to you as it was the first place we stayed during our travel, and the vibe you shared with us didn’t leave us up to the last day in Sri Lanka. Your attitude is incredible. We felt like being at home. The way you met us the first day (with flower garlands which smelled like heaven), the way you treated us during the stay (ready to help with literally anything we needed) - everything breathed love at your house. Your attitude really exceeds all the expectations. To those who are considering a stay at the place, please, don’t hesitate. This is going to be an eye-opening experience to what a 10 out of 10 is. No, this can’t be 10. We would give the hosts 10 times more if it was possible❤️. As for the cleanliness - it was incredibly spotless. This was the cleanest place we had ever visited throughout all our journeys. As for the breakfasts - oh, this was something unbelievable. Everything was so tasty, served so neatly. And the balcony, where our breakfasts were served, overlooks the lovely garden, so you can see some lovely birds, squirrels and enjoy the sounds of them while having your breakfast. They give you a small bag where you can put whatever you haven’t eaten, so you can take it with you to the beach or put it in the fridge (the room facilities are also provided) and eat it later. Another thing, which is worth mentioning, is the fresh flowers arranged around the room and on the balcony. So the place smelled so fresh, so nice. You can really see that they pay great attention to detail. Regarding the beach, it’s a three-minute walk from the house and you are going to be really surprised in a good way as it is not crowded at all and, as a result, very clean. So you can enjoy your time at the beach with no plastic thrown around it. There are also good cafes along the beach with quite affordable prices.

The hosts were wonderful, and they made our time in Sri Lanka unforgettable. Extremely kind, generous and hospitable. Hopefully we will manage to come back. It's thanks to them that we managed to make the most of a relatively short time in Bentota.

After 13 (budget) accommodations in Sri Lanka, this was definitely the best value for our money. Large and very clean room, very kind hosts, nicely located between the beach and the main road and a well-working shower with hot water.

Right on the beach. Airy spacious clean rooms with big balconies facing the sea. Sea view from the bed. Clean big bathroom. Great pool. Amazing staff, amazing service. Delicious breakfast served anytime in the am you want. Makes you feel at home. Spotless beach.

Very kindly host, and great breakfast, we checked 1 night. chami villa gave us hot shower, good condition room, powerful A/C. the villa was best in srilank for me. and the master host has a boat, IF you want bentota boat tour; than please book for him. I booked another tour platform(app), that price was very expensive, but the master can give you good tour price. and his big dog, maya was very kind, and charming so you didn't afraid about the dog.

Club Villa was such a beautiful place to stay! We stayed there for 2 days at the end of a busy trip travelling around Sri Lanka and we needed rest and relaxation! Everything about it was exceptional - best shower, comfortable spacious room! We loved the gardens and pool! The food was one of the best that we had in Sri Lanka! We recently spent five days at this beautiful hotel, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Every single person working here deserves the highest praise: From the reception and restaurant teams to the spa staff, gardeners, and service crew. Everyone was incredibly friendly, genuine, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you goes to our butler, Badde, who made our stay unforgettable. His attention to detail and thoughtful surprises turned our holiday into something even more special. Beyond his professionalism, he is simply a wonderful person, full of positive energy. The property itself is breathtaking. Located on a large rock overlooking the coast, it feels as if you are floating between forest, beach, and sea. The sound of the waves is always present, and the views in every direction are magical. Despite being around 30 years old, the hotel feels modern and very well maintained. Improvements are constantly being made. The architecture and interior design are unique and tasteful, far more characterful than in many new hotels. Some reviews mention that certain areas might feel a little “aged,” but in our opinion, that criticism is entirely misplaced. Naturally, not every pool or wall can be rebuilt every few years and there is absolutely no reason to. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food is another highlight. Even after five days, we kept discovering new dishes to try, each one beautifully presented and full of flavor. The variety and quality are truly impressive. All in all, this hotel combines hospitality, design and experience in a way that’s very rare to find. We left deeply relaxed and already looking forward to returning one day.
