Bakers cottage was a stop for us as we were making our way back to Colombo. Accommodation was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Family were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good with fruits from the garden and some local Sri Lankan dishes. The mattress was a little bit hard for us, but this is likely to be replaced as the family noted this. Location on Kosgoda beach meant a lovely sunset. Swimming options further up the beach or a short tuk tuk drive away. A few restaurants nearby, local and tourist and more options not to far away by tuk tuk

The staff were so attentive, helpful and caring towards our stay. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. The private pool was amazing overlooking the sea, plenty of wildlife around to immerse yourself in. Sanjeewa’s cocktails were fantastic, he is a very talented mixologist. It was our 2nd wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond when finding this out with a private dinner with fireflies around us as well as a birthday cake made on the day! The couples oil massage was incredible and was such a great experience!

Our friends stayed at this hotel a year ago. This year we decided to move our parents here. After their stay, they had different reviews about this place. The first parents really liked it. Normal rooms, a comfortable pool, delicious breakfasts, the sea is 2 minutes away, really great view on the sea from balcony, monkeys occasionally looked in for breakfast. Host make many additional things for guests. My mother said that she love that place more than all another staying in Shri-Lanka (we get 4 different hotels with excellent reviews and much more expensive prices for our vacation and this one was the best for my mom and brother)

I stayed there for my first 2 nights and it was the best choice. Hotel just after the renovation, big and clean rooms. The hospitality of the owners is amazing. 5 min walk distance to the beach (no people only palm trees - like in paradise). You have to try food because it's a very good one. Good vibe of the place.

A restaurant where you can order delicious seafood with a very beautiful beach. The staff are very kind and always look after us. Also, the room we got was very big and it was very clean. I loved this beach screen the most. I recommend it.  And we will definitely be back

A very cute property in Bentota. The resort is really amazing, worth staying. The beach is just a small walk away, crossing the rail path- which gives another wonderful experience. The food is simply amazing.. The best we had in our trip to Sri Lanka. Special mention to the wonderful Chef and all the staff for the wonderful hospitality
