The room was wonderfully furnished with a beautiful bathroom with hot water. Amazing price due to it being Low Season. Right on the Beachfront and the restaurant food was really good. The bed was super comfortable which earns a big tick from me. Close to all manner of shops and restaurants and ATMs. Staff were wonderful and happy to assist with all my needs. Room was very clean. Tea kettle and cups and glasses supplied.

What a wonderful location right on the beachfront. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed having dinner and breakfast on the balcony of our Cabana overlooking the waves. Wifi and air conditioner worked well. Turtle beach is nearby - we saw one turtle while swimming out the front!

Remarkable location right on the beach/seafront. Our room is Beachfront Cabanas where we fall asleep & wake up to sound of roaring seas! Short walk to bay with swimming turtles near Frog Rock! Wonderful breakfast at terrace of our Cabanas just next to the sea!

We absolutely loved the location. Right on the beachfront and central of the small town with lots of restaurants and shops.
Kevin in particular was an absolute star, went above and beyond - cobstantly smiling, welcoming and all the staff couldn't do enough for us. Kiki was our favourite furry friend.
The free shuttle to use the pool at the sister Hotel was really great and an added bonus. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our recent stay at Tartaruga was nothing short of delightful. Despite opting for the budget room, we were pleasantly surprised by the value it offered. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a cozy stay. Located right on the beachfront, the property's location couldn't be more convenient. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests I had.

Location is very good, isolated beach only for hotel guests.
Food and Services were out of this world, really excellent.
Rooms were excellent, very big with ocean view, huge bathroom. Room boy Thusahara gave his best to have all we need in our room.
One can walk on the beach and reach in 10 m several surf schools. and is 3km away from Galle Fort, Tuktuks being available in front of hotel.
25mins walk from Jungle beach (excellent secluded beach) or Peace Pagoda, worth to visit for magnificent views

The beach huts are right on the beach, and the staff were fantastic. Deepika and the team were so kind and friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable

The property is located right on the beach, with great views of the ocean. The room and bathroom had large glass windows to enjoy the view. However, general upkeep of this building is needed. The dining section is small with outdated furniture. The pool is pretty much a part of the lobby, meaning laying in the loungers is visible to guests checking in (pro for checking in, but con for laying by the pool).
