The villa is great, I recommend it to everyone. + good location, about 20-25 min walk to the beach + great pool and garden + it is very clean and fresh + friendly owner and his family, always smiling ++ I go free upgrade and had room with a kitchen that was well equipped

Very beautiful hotel with nice garden and great swimming pool. You should definitely book some time to relax in it. Additionally, the room was very big and comfortable. We also liked the staff very much, especially the lady working at the reception.

The people working there were really nice and helpful. Many thanks to Gayana and her husband for everything! They are doing a great job of keeping the property nice and clean. Welcome drink was very good. Breakfast was amazing. Location was top and close to the bars, restaurants and the beach. Room was very authentic and cozy with very good AC.

Great place to relax, 2 minutes of tuck tuck from the beach. Rooms and the exteriors are just top-class. Very good restaurant as well. It has been our best stay in Sri Lanka by far.

The room and premises are beautiful, everything is clean, and the owner and staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The owner helped accommodate all our needs, including organising laundry services externally, transportation, and installing new wifi for our work calls. The room was huge and really beautiful.
