The staff were excellent and really helped us out.

5 star hotel. Room bit outdated. Otherwise confortable and located on the sea. Beach not really to visit (the Port City will most probably upgrade it in the future). Great breakfast (as ShangriLa has). Good in-house restaurants but expensive. The food was nevertheless very good. Nice pool on 4th floor. Extra services (transfers, spa , etc) way overpriced (transfer to airport was 75 usd quoted by the hotel while a reputable taxi Kangaroo company with invoice and metre took me to the airport for 23 usd). Conected to a Mall with lots of shopping oportunities.

Great place. Staff makes you feel as you re their only guest. Lot of places to eat and drink. Rooms and pools are exceptional.

this is a premium place. if you want to be in a luxurous space with a great swimming pool and gym just one floor beneath you, this is the place to be. the host was very communicative and nice, everything was very clean and the view you have for the lotus tower at night is wow.

Once you arrive, you never want to leave! The space is incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Located right next to the beach, both the main bedroom and the living room offer stunning ocean views, and each opens onto its own balcony. The modern-chic interior design perfectly complements the seaside panorama. Although the building isn’t in a bustling area, you’ll find restaurants and grocery stores just around the corner. It feels wonderfully private without being isolated. Delivery services like PickMe and Uber Eats work seamlessly (We’ve linked our Wise card to directly shop in LKR with a better rate), and the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. The rooftop’s generous infinity pool is my personal retreat. I could spend hours gazing out at the sea. From up there, you can even glimpse the Port City skyline, including the Lotus Tower. The gym is well-appointed, and the rooftop dining area is ideal for meals or evening drinks. Our host, Sandaru, was an absolute delight. We needed to adjust our booking and check‑out times multiple times, and he handled every request with patience and responsiveness. Truly an amazing host. The building’s 24/7 security team is friendly and professional, and the maintenance crew does a fantastic job keeping the entire property clean, including the beach - spotless! We had absolutely no complaints. This place surpasses any hotel in terms of privacy, value, and flexibility. It provided everything we needed for a perfect stay, and we totally totally recommend it 🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️

We had an amazing stay! The apartment is located at a wonderful location right next to the beach, mall and shopping areas. Both the property manager as well as the person in charge of the apartment were very responsive online and they made the entire stay super comfortable. The apartment in itself is quite luxurious and the view is stunning! Worth the money for sure

Sofia’s apartment is absolute luxury. It is so comfortable and spacious, and in a great location. The pool, gym and sauna are very nice. This was the perfect place to relax before a long flight. Highly recommend!
