Lovely apartment in a beautiful location. From the terrace there is a view of the sea and the surrounding greenery. The equipment is new and fully adequate. The only thing my wife was missing was a clothes hanger :-). The place is very quiet and the neighbors are all friendly. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. There is a very good restaurant on the beach.

Everything!
Amazing and stunning place, direct on the private beach. Appr. 30 meters to the shire and pool.
Calm and safe area. No crowd and free parking in the gated area.
Nice, maintained pools and friendly neighbors.
The contact person we had (Marie-Laure), was prior-upon arrival-during our stay-departure - super friendly and service minded!
Very quick to respond on messages and always being so accommodating.
Thank you for giving us a fantastic vacation memory!

Comfortable appartment with nice seaview. Equipped with all the amenities you need. We loved the bed in front of the balcony door, so we woke up with the sunset. Very quiet surroundings and a very nice beach walk to La Village at Orient Beach. There are no parking facilities on front of the building, but you can easily drive your car in front of the building to load and unload.

Perfect location with small but nice private beach and with swimming pool. The apartment is at walking distance (15 minutes) from Marigot. For Philipsburg you have to take a taxi for 25 dollar.

stylish newly renovated spacious room, great location right on the beach and in the middle of street with shops and restaurants, very nice and helpfull stuff;)
