Amazing personal service, great and well educated staff.

All the staff at the hotel from all the different outlets is very friendly and attentive, special mention to several waiters, hostess and restaurant manager as well as the kitchen chef from Frangipanier. We travelled with our baby girl and they always provide food alternatives accordingly to her preference! All the hotel facilities are very well kept and well maintained, nothing to point out! The room is spacious and very well cleaned, special thanks to the amazing Manav who was responsible for our room, he was always quite attentive, friendly and meticulous with the room cleaning! We also appreciate the little touch of offering a “Dodo” to our baby giving her the feeling of home! In general the Hotel is perfect either for families and or couples! A plus are all the included activities at the Nautical Club, if coming with all inclusive, specially the glass botoom boat!

An incredible small hotel. Only 16 rooms so it’s very small, as there is not a lot of rooms it feels you get a bond with the staff who were incredible!! Nothing asked was an issue We stayed for 3 nights over New years & they threw a really good party with food & fireworks on the beach for the guests. The hotel is beautiful and right on the beach. The beach is one of the best ever seen. The white sand & colours of the water The rooms are big and have everything you need. Would highly recommend this hotel. Ask for room 14, the best sea view you could ask for!

Everything! We chose the hotel for our honeymoon and we were not left disappointed! We booked Junior Tropical Suite which was huge and we had an outdoor shower that was the most amazing thing about the suite! We had a small terrace overlooking the garden with access to a private pool that was shared by several suites. Very peaceful and secluded. There are 5 restaurants and the food is amazing in all of them! Literally the best food I’ve tried at a hotel! The breakfast is amazing with literally anything one might want! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Service might be a little bit slower than what you are used to in Europe but there is a charm to not rushing for everything after all :) We were not very lucky with the weather and it was raining half of the time, with only some sun during only one day of our whole stay….but even despite the weather we had an amazing time in this place! I would definitely recommend and if I ever return to Mauritius consider staying here again! :)

If you're looking for a luxury hotel with impeccable service, great food in a beautiful location, then look no further! For our belated honeymoon, and with my wife pregnant, we were looking for a hotel in Mauritius that couldn't and wouldn't disappoint in any way. After extensive research, we chose Royal Palm Beachcomber Luxury, and we are so happy we did, because our stay couldn't have been better. We arrived early (9 am) but we were warmly welcomed by several staff members, too many to remember their names, but it made us immediately feel at home. Since we stayed nearly 3 weeks and knowing my wife was pregnant, they were so nice to upgrade us to a suite on the ground floor, so no stairs had to be taken, and on top of that they provided a pregnancy pillow for my wife. This made her night's rest so much better that she now also wants one at home. Our suite was huge and modern, and had everything we could have wished for. Wall outlets look like British sockets with plug type G, but they also take the common European type C plugs. Next to that, both sides of the bed have also one USB A and one USB-C outlet, so ideal for charging any type of phone and other devices. Our bathroom was huge with a standalone bath, a shower and 2 sinks, plus a walk-in wardrobe. The terrace had a couch, a small coffee table with chairs overlooking an infinity pool and the ocean, and a dining table with a similar view. The hotel facilities are top quality. The beach is a tropical paradise with fine sand, comfortable covered sunbeds, clean turquoise water of high salinity that allows you to float like in the Dead Sea, and very friendly beach staff that is always available to bring you complimentary water, or for ordering drinks or, food. They also make sure the beach stays clean, and provide towels for you to use. On top of that, there's even a mixologist where you can try several types of mixed fruit drinks.

I had a fantastic experience at this property. The place was spotless and impeccably clean. The comfort level was excellent, with cozy furnishings and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Plus, the proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches is the cherry on top. What truly made the difference was the hospitality — the host was warm, attentive, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism made my visit truly memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. I will definitely be returning!
