This was by far the best All Inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It exceeded our expectations massively and despite the place not being fully open yet we didn’t feel the need for anything more! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We had booked a Preferred Club room and I cannot recommend it enough. Our butler Fonsi made sure we have the most exceptional stay and the bar staff especially Jarib were all helpful and quick.

All inclusive service was amazing from table service, silver service, wine tasting & room service at no additional charge. Staff could not do enough to make each guest feel welcome.

Everything was superb. The greatest value of the hotel is the excellent stuff. Our special big thanks to: José - waiter who was always smiling, shining and joking, Bernardo - who did the best martini's and was always kind, Rodolfo - restaurant manager with a highest level of profesionality and perfect service, Dorcas - young smiling lady who welcomed us at the breakfast, Ana - concierge always ready to help, Miquel - perfect waiter, always nice and profesional, Marco and Ricky - a fantastic team who entertained us every day. Our stay at Marriott Cancun was superb, we loved everything about it. The staff was amazing, super attentive and agreeable, they made sure all your need were met. The facilities in general were comfortable and clean. We would definitely book again if we return to Cancun.

The location was perfect for us because it is located in front of the best beach in the Hotel Zone. There are almost no services and restaurants around but the buses go every minute in front the urbanization so you can easily go to the center of the Hotel Zone in 10 minutes for 60 cents. The administrators are awesome and replied very fast to my messages and helped us WITH EVERYTHING. I loved it!
