Literally everything was perfect. It was exactly what we were looking for, an happy oasis. The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at (and I am a hotel professional). The breakfast was the best I have ever experienced anywhere, and the staff were all just wonderful. A special shout out to Mayanin, a waitress who works the pool.

Everything was perfect! Starting with the staff who was super friendly (Jaqueline in the reception, Hector and his friends in the bar, Dani and his friend who helped us finding the bus, and all the others of course). All the food was amazing, Starbucks and bars. We loved the activities with Brenda and Maria. The room and bathroom was really nice. We loved the facilities outside. We loved everything. We are dreaming back to this place a lot, and we will definitely come back one day! The best hotel I’ve been to. Thank you!

The location was perfect for us because it is located in front of the best beach in the Hotel Zone. There are almost no services and restaurants around but the buses go every minute in front the urbanization so you can easily go to the center of the Hotel Zone in 10 minutes for 60 cents. The administrators are awesome and replied very fast to my messages and helped us WITH EVERYTHING. I loved it!
