To connect with her and her husband was always so easy and inspiring, Even just entering the terrain en to be welcomed by them as well as all the lovely animals on the farm made all our tiredness from traveling go away. The home to stay really is a delight, and also very inspiring when it comes to thinking of innovative ways to use materials and to treat the environment in a sustainable way. But above all, this has been a home away from home for us. The perfect place to rest after a long journey, amidst the peace of a "stiltegebied" (silence area) with endless fields stretching out as far as they eye can see. We absolutely loved this hotel. We opted for a room with a view of the lake behind and it was beautiful. Room was bigger than expected, cleaned and maintained to a high standard. Plenty of parking, included in the price of the room. Staff were all wonderful. Will definitely be staying here again.
