Well maintained property, very cozy place, almost exclusive. It has a private beach, very nice deck chairs and sunbeds, and a snorkeling paradise, lots of colourful fish! It is also a walking distance to the sardines run and turtles watching. Breakfast is a feast, much better than others in the area. The room is very cozy, comfortable bed, lots of pillows. Furnished like home. Sister Theresa is very helpful and very thoughtful.

We had a beautiful stay at sunset beach resort. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. The location is right on the foot step of the coral reef with amazing sunsets. The room is clean and has everything you need. Lola and Lourda are very helpful with booking tours and transport which was great aswell. Great spot to base yourself while exploring Cebu.

Nice service and great location a few minutes from everything. You can rent scooters without any problem. A charming beach for sunsets. Unfortunately we could not find turtles but probably because we were looking for them too deep;). We saw them during the "Surdine Run."

Loved everything about this place!! Beds are really comfortable & spacious. Room layout is great & facilities really good too! Lots of options of breakfast included & all were delicious, all food & drinks at the property were delicious & as guests were given a 10% discount on all other meals & drinks!! Location is perfect!! Right in the middle of town, just a couple of minutes walk to the beach where you can swim with turtles & sardines!! On top of all this the staff were all amazing & couldn't do enough for you, the owner especially!!

This place is really amazing. It is right on the beach where you can see turtles, sardines and quite some fishes and you have a beautiful terrace view over the sea. It takes a 10min walk to get to the main street and the road to get there is a bit bouncy but nothing crazy. Rooms are okay and the bathroom too (there is only one shower and one toilet tho). The staff is so friendly and helpful!!! I would really recommend this place!!!!
