The staff at the Sentoza were absolutely first class - friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to Marcin on reception who gave us a most welcome greeting and offered many suggestions to make our stay go smoothly. Breakfast was excellent - a great choice of hot and cold items all served in a most pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The facility to leave luggage for a while after check out was greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel was ideal for the town centre, train station, beach and the Ergo Arena.

We stayed 3 nights in a double room in January. Great time during our stay. We liked the breakfast. Quality of food was really good. The dark bread was delicious. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel. Hotel location near the beach was perfect for us. The gym area is really spacious. The Sauna area as well. Especially the required booking times for sauna for hotel rooms makes the sauna area really comfortable and a private relaxed experience. That's great!

Very spacious room, good atmosphere in a majestic historic hotel. Very clean and warm. Beautiful spa. The hotel and the rooms with character with some nice touch of understated modern design. Wooden parket floor in the rooms give a sense of luxe that is becoming extinct in many other places. Very unique place and I hope it will stay the same for many years like old wine which gets better with time. Wonderful service by Anna and beautiful surprise gift for the special guest.

We were staying here for the second time, so it became really familiar for us. Brilliant location - just few minutes walk to sea side. Really tasty breakfast - you could choose from special breakfast menu (different types of egg dishes, waffles, pancakes, oatmeal). Helpful stuff and spacious room with comfortable bed. Private time in spa is also included in stay price - really great extra bonus for stay. We really felt all small details, so we believe that all those stars is kindly deserved.
