First time at this location and will not be our last. It was a great place with great amenities. The staff was very helpful and treated everyone at a VP level. We will return and enjoy all of this hotel can offer. A must for all to stay.

W Algarve, Wow you lived up and exceeded 5 Star hotel. All staff went above and beyond, kind a super friendly. Ate at both the market restaurant and Paper Moon which is the Italian specialty. I was here to celebrate my birthday. The whenever and whatever team decorated my room on my birthday, and send me two birthday cards with a birthday dessert. Room and Facility is immaculate and would recommend this 10/10 experience for myself.

I couldn't recommend PortoBay Blue Ocean enough! The rooms are modern and clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the food was amazing (the Flor de Sal restaurant is definitely worth a visit). Sport sessions take place daily (pilates, yoga, HIIT workout, etc) and other activities are also on offer including a walk to the local village, a cocktail making class and others. The atmosphere was very relaxing and was exactly what we needed. I would 100% recommend staying here.

The environment was fantastic. The staff excellent. The resort does not cater for food directly but there were different restaurants dotted around the resort to pick and choose from. Walking distance to Local shop just outside the resort's gate for all other needs. The staff were so helpful and excellent WoW!!. The beach was great. The weather was not too cold nor too warm during the Christmas period, there was no need to have any jackets.

The location is excellent. The facilities are good. But Maria was the best.

Good communication with the management of the apartment. Apartment very clean and modern, stayed in the same block the previous year and these apartments do feel very high end and the inside and outside areas are quite luxurious. Good A/C, smart TV's in living room and main bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Provided pool towels for 4 on request. Also great location for both the centre of Olhos and Acoteias, 10 mins max to either, and also to the beautiful Barranco Des Belharucas beach.
