We have stayed in more than 60 accommodations and this is one of the best. It has an excellent location - bus to the airport and the city center, parking space, quick access to the highway. The accommodation is super clean. It is spacious, three people did not feel cramped. The accommodation has everything you need - bath towels for the pool, washing machine, cleaning products... The furniture is modern. There is a view of the sea from the balcony. Communication with the owner is excellent.

Fantastic apartment within walking distance to all of the best areas in Funchal. High quality facilities in the apartment which was very clean upon our arrival. Great safe parking facilities too. Cristina was available by phone for any questions, and was a very friendly and full of suggestions for things to do on the island. An exceptional stay which I would recommend to all!

What an amazing experience, the hosts were such a lovely couple and could not be more accommodating. The van had everything we needed and they provided us with details of lovely places to stay which all had toilets close by, the van had a shower, and all other required facilities. The host gave us a welcome bottle of wine and some snacks which was so nice and picked us up from the airport, even though it was late.

Staying at The Reserve was an absolute dream come true. I was treated with the utmost care feeling like royalty. The room was a haven of comfort, featuring a private swimming pool with ocean views.
