This is a great modern hotel which is like a 5 star hotel. Shuhanur & Abdul Raheem were amazing and extremely friendly once we arrived. They helped with our luggages and showed us to our rooms.

The hotel staff were really welcoming and helpful, even when I had a late arrival due to a late flight. I was made to feel ease straight away and the room was so comfortable. I felt very safe in this hotel and it was in quiet area of Jeddah. This was my first visit to Saudi Arabia, so it was nice to feel safe as someone travelling alone. The hotel has a lovely reception area where you can rest or read. The rooms are large and extremely well equipped.
