The service was truly outstanding—every staff member was attentive, kind, and made me feel at home. A special mention goes to Madam Doursaf, the manager/PR—she is simply the best! Her professionalism, warmth, and personal touch made my experience unforgettable. Very clean, one of the best places you maybe can book. We hope to see more offers like this one on booking.com nothin to say expect a big thanks to the owner which accepted to let us have a free additionnal night when we were left broke with no money and wanted to extend our stay we were surprised that they just let us take an additionnal night at no cost practically. Bug up to them also to the guardian that is always present to help and to look for our safety in security always aware of our surrounding u can feel at home easily even better than home at one point. 🥰

The staff, the facilities and the location were fantastic! The rooms were large and spacious with amazing views. Salah in particular was just superb. He saw to all our needs and went out of his way to ensure that we had a comfortable and wonderful experience. I will highly recommend this resort in Hammamet.
