Beach Hotels in Jambiani

You can truly call this place home. The hotel has 2 buildings with 4 rooms each. This allows the hotel staff to pay attention to each guest, avoiding the fuss. The meeting of us as guests was organized in the best way: at the agreed time, the driver met us with a sign and carefully escorted us to a comfortable mini-bus. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, they waited for us and settled us immediately (I booked a room a day earlier, so as not to wait for the official check-in time from lunch). The room is very spacious, on the first floor overlooking the pool and the ocean. We spent the evening on the balcony listening to the sound of the waves. An important point: I have a rather capricious back and I was worried that sleeping on the bed would be painful. The excitement turned out to be in vain: a solid wood bed, heavy, with a good hard mattress and comfortable pillows. The sleep was amazing. Meals according to the "breakfast" system are quite varied: we never left hungry, and my favorite breakfast was avocado toasts and freshly squeezed juice :) The hotel menu is extensive, the food is delicious. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and does everything to ensure that guests from the first minute of their stay at the hotel are immersed in the atmosphere of "Pole Pole". The ebbs of the ocean did not bother us at all: we walked to the water and were already lying there before the arrival of high water. The only annoying thing is the algae, which wash up on the shore in large numbers. The atmosphere in the hotel can really be described as "family" - this is the exclusive merit of both the manager and the rest of the staff. Amazing vacation, just amazing.

The staff were lovely and the food incredible! The room was big and the A/C coupled with a fan allowed us to use the fan at night and the A/C during the day. The pool was clean and really nice to swim in. Direct access to the beach was also very appreciated.

The property is located right on Beach Front. The View from the Room is fantastic. The owner who are italian are very helpful and helped me for late checkout as well.

Amazing situation on Jambiani's beach, one of the only hotels with direct access to the beach. The breakfast was great with different variations every day. It was our favorite hotel from our two week stay in Zanzibar.

I immediately knew from the photos that I wanted to stay here. This was my third stop on a two week solo trip in the south of Zanzibar The morning coffee on the private terrace, the fresh and clean pool, the comfortable sunbeds and the beautiful beach. Everything is so nice and the Mango House is very quiet and intimate with only nine guest rooms creating a close atmosphere. Note that if you like a more quiet place, Jambiani or Paje are typical tourist spots and might not be for you. I travelled off season but there are still alot of people around, and it can be a bit noisy in the mornings/nights, if you care about that. The breakfast is really good with a good menu to choose from. The dinner menu is also nice. The dinner was a little hit and miss, but that was my experience all over Zanzibar. One dish youbreally like can be "just ok" the next day. The chicken curry was my favorite. Beth and Dullah har created a very beautiful little oasis of good energy, and if you feel drawn to this place it is probably a sign that you should pay them a visit. They (Beth, Dullad and the rest of the staff) are super warm, friendly and inclusive and they are all very attentive to your needs without ever being pushy. I had several nice and interesting conversations with Beth during my six nights and Mango House. I was unlucky enough to get sick on my last day (when I was supposed to leave) and ended up with a short hospital stay. Being alone, sick and so far away from home felt a little scary but Beth and Dullah took great care of me and made sure I got to the hospital and that I had a bed and safe people around me when I got back as I wasn't able to leave that day even if my stay was actually over. Beth has even been checking up on me for days after I left to make sure I felt better and got home safely. I really recommend this to anyone thinking about visiting Zanzibar.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Loop Beach Hotel. From the moment our group arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. I’d like to especially mention January, Lucy, and Veronica for their outstanding hospitality—though every single team member played a part in making the stay memorable. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the flexibility offered by the staff made everything feel easy and stress-free. The food and beverages were consistently excellent, and the inclusion of entertainment added a lively touch that elevated the entire experience. There’s honestly nothing negative I could say. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and I would recommend it blindly to anyone looking for a truly enjoyable getaway.

We enjoyed the friendly and courteous hospitality. The view of the well-kept palm garden in front of the beach and beyond to the sea was paradise.
