We spent 10 days in the hotel. The hotel itself is located directly on a not busy beach, one minute from the Rock Restaurant. At high tide the ocean is only a few steps away. This gives the hotel a very special atmosphere. The hotel, common areas and rooms are very tastefully furnished and very clean. We can see the ocean from the rooms and the terrace. The hotel's garden is beautiful, with lots of flowering plants. John, the gardener gave a small tour showing all the plants and bracelets made from hibiscus and amaranda. The food was very delicious. My favorites were the fish food and the passion fruit cheesecake. All members of the staff are extremely kind, helpful and attentive. Godfrey helped us in everything, he organized the tours (swimming with turtles, butterfly center, Jozani forest, spice farm, fishing tour etc.) according to our request. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and hope to return. :)

It was small only 12 units and all were virtually on the beach. It was very personal and the staff were so attentive and NOTHING was too much to ask. The air con was perfect and the fan was sufficient most of the time. The rooms were able to be closed so even when the power went off (not the resorts fault) the rooms were kept very cool. The food especially the pizzas was excellent and the Italian flavour was great. They also organised tours for us which was great as it took hassle out of it. Also transport to and from airport so we were spoilt

A lovely villa in a beautiful resort. Everything was clean from the private pool and the villa itself to the shared swimming pool. Employees of the resort were very friendly and helpful. There are two nearby restaurants who serve good food. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend and might book again if we come to Zanzibar anytime in the future!

One of the Best Hotels in Zanzibar! We had an amazing stay at this hotel for over a month, and it was truly one of the best in terms of quality service. The staff was incredibly attentive and always ready to help, making our experience even more enjoyable. The surroundings were breathtaking, and the room facilities, along with the cleanliness, exceeded our expectations. Excellent hotel, excellent facilities and outstanding service of all staff without any exception. Staff from reception, housekeeping, bar and restaurant, the security make you feel like at home. We had to call an ambulance in the night due to a sudden illness and remained in the hospital for 36 hours and the support of hotel staff was remarkable. Under the management of the responsible/manager they all act in a very diligent and kind manner, took care of us, specially of our children, who stayed alone at the hotel, while we were at the hospital,… their care and honest interest made us all feeling like at home and in family. We frankly recommend this hotel for the location, facilities, food and service, and overall by their staff approach. Congratulations!

It is a beautiful beoutique resort, with fantastic ocean view from each place( restaurants upstairs, dowstairs, pool, and boungalows). There are plenty of very comfortable beach beds (double beds so 2 persons can relax in comfort). The resort has direct access to the beach. The area is quiet, perfect location if you really want to rest, and relax. Food was excellent, we enjoyed that a lot:-) Very helpful and friendly staff. Good showers, A/C working perfectly. We would love to come back to this paradise!

Absolutely everything about this place exceeded our expectations! It's an absolute must-visit. We were particularly impressed by the owner's commitment to sustainability, evident in their refusal to use single-use plastics. Instead, they offer fresh water in glass bottles and provide stainless steel straws with each drink. The staff's kindness extends beyond humans, too - their furry friends, the dogs and cats, are clearly well-loved and cared for. Another thoughtful touch is the daily visit from staff around 6 pm to spray the room with bug repellent - a lovely added convenience. Overall, we can't recommend this place highly enough!
