Our stay at the Royal Apartments from December 22nd, 2024 to January 4th, 2025 was truly magical. The property boasts a small but dedicated team that ensured all our needs were met with precision and care. From maintaining the pristine condition of the villas to crafting bespoke meals, every detail was meticulously handled. The beautiful towel art and personalized recommendations for island excursions added delightful touches to our experience. Moreover, the stables and lovely horses provided unforgettable beach rides during stunning sunsets, making our stay even more enchanting. A special mention goes to Sophie at the front desk, Zach the manager, Mr. Saidi in F&B, and Chef Ochu, the head chef, for their warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. We highly recommend this experience and would rate it a perfect 9/10.

The VVIP Premium service. We were upgraded to the top of the range Lagoon suite. Our Butler Edwin made sure we had everything we needed. Overall staff were excellent, friendly and professional. This is by far the best vacation we ever had.

Staff was really friendly and helpful, always ready to help and they seem like they really cared about the quality of our stay. Rooms were really comfortable and spotless, well-equipped with lots of packing space. Breakfast was nice with a wide variety of local and international options. It was great that we could enjoy all the benefits of the Hotel, only 1 min walk away. Location was great, all sights were max 10 mins walk away

Our flight arrived very early in the morning, so we were already at the hotel at 6 o'clock in the morning. Initially they told us that we would have the room ready around 7 o'clock and that we could stay at the pool until then. They came back in about 10-15 minutes and informed us that they would give us another room with an ocean view, so we got a free room upgrade. The very nice room, on the first floor, with a huge balcony on which there were 2 armchairs and a bed, the view of the harbor is extraordinarily beautiful. Too bad I only stayed there one night.

Great clean, comfortable apartments across from the Tembo hotel; we liked being independent but with the use of the hotel facilities. Super location with friendly, helpful staff. Arranged a walking tour of Stonetown (the guide was called Chief - he was brilliant!) and a spice farm visit via reception - they were both excellent; really good value and both with a private guide.

The breakfast had limited options, but what was available was delicious and fresh. The hotel's location is excellent, close to stone town, Al-Furdah, cafes, and tourist attractions within walking distance. The room was spacious, equipped with all necessary amenities, and offered a view of the ocean. The staff were helpful, cooperative, and cheerful, especially the receptionist Said, who provided us with many services that made me decide to stay at Park Hyatt on my next visit.
