Staff was super nice. Cooked breakfast right in front of us! The lady let us check in early and was super nice and talkative. We were close to everything we wanted to do. Room was super nice and clean. We got the sea view and it was beautiful!

The cottages and facilities were BEAUTIFUL!! The staff were all very friendly. Really appreciated the carts for loading/unloading. Every detail was thought of...lights for loss of power and clothes steamers. Pool was nice and big and beachy area was great!! Landscaping was gorgeous!! Big tvs in all areas were nice!!

We loved the location, the cleanliness, and the fact that everything we needed was provided. We loved the pool and beach area too. Wagons were available to take our luggage from our car to the unit.

These house boats are almost brand new. I'm not sure if there had been anyone renting this house boat before us, as it was so new and clean. Our family rented 3 boat houses, and they were able to have all 3 of us side by side. I made several changes during the course of my reservations and every request was able to be made. The marina had an outdoor swimming pool for all guests and they also had jet skis and boats for rent.

Honestly its very cool being on the water! Only thing it may get you nauseous the first day but you get used to it. Very convenient having pots and pans to cook, mugs and other essentials. 15 mins away from Chincoteague Beach which is nice. The screen in the patio is a life saver don’t have to worry about mosquitoes. I love that it’s pet friendly, had a great time with my dogs here. They also have wagons you can use to haul your stuff which was very helpful. Very family friendly.

The cottages are nicely laid out, they have everything you’d need during your stay, a kitchenette area, living space, bedroom and bathroom. The decor is cute and welcoming. The landscaping on the ground is lovely with colorful plants around each corner. The pool area was super nice, it’s got a lower area for kids or to lay in the lounge chairs, and the ledge to sit in around the sides is nice. The beach area is perfect to watch the sunset.
