Just everything! Room was big and nice. Staff the best met in Vietnam, very helpful and caring. Spa was very good. Breakfast nice, a lot of choices and fruits. Like paradise in the middle of village. Coconut village is 10 min by bike away, so would recommend to go for boat ride.

We originally booked a hotel in Hoi An ancient town but switched to be closer to the beach when this hotel offer got our attention. Glad we did! The first night was a little of a nightmare, but not the hotel's fault. We requested a quiet room and normally, the rooms facing the river/pool side are generally quieter. However, our room was surrounded by families with kids and they were loud and banged on their doors all the time. From the 5th floor, we could hear them loud and clear when they're in the pool as well. There was also a dog who would bark late at night and early in the morning so we couldn't sleep at all. The front desk was kind enough to switch our room to the highest floor facing the road and the ocean. The street noise was more bearable than screaming kids and barking dogs so we were happy with the room. Our stay was great onwards. Breakfast was good, the service was awesome and everyone was eager to please. We used the free shuttle to Hoi An town and took Grab taxi back in the evening. The hotel also provided beach towels and access to Silk Beach Club across the street. The spa offers free steam and dry sauna which I used a few times and their massages were awesome. Anna was great at spot-treating my sore muscles and Jennie was great with overall relaxation. Highly recommend this hotel for their friendly and service-minded staff!

Best of both the river and ocean just a few steps away. The breakfast restaurant by the river and the riverside grand deluxe room had amazing views. Our cooking class included a boat ride which felt like a full tour of the river. The free shuttle to and from old town was also so convenient. Very considerate of the hotel to give us a free room upgrade so we could be closer.

I liked that the hotel was easy commuting distance to the old town via their complimentary shuttle, but close to the beach with some great eateries just a short walk away. The room and bed were very comfortable, the most comfortable we have experienced yet. The staff were friendly and obliging and always happy to help us.

It's a very nice place for a relaxing holidays.My husband slept very well thru out the days of stay. The message was good and relaxing. Staff were very friendly, quick to respond and helpful. Breakfast was good too. I enjoyed my stay.
