EVERYTHING!!! Such a nice family who runs it and they have the lovely staff who will help you with everything. Very quiet located, but still close to everything. Pool was great to, beds, shower. Just one of the best stays I have been in my life of traveling. Worth every penny.

What a perfect location for a very calming resort. Our room (110) was perfect - we were upgraded to a villa with ocean view :-). It was close to the beach and the infinity pool with a great view and beautiful sunset. It has a bath tub and also a rain shower - Super cool. Lucy the receptionist treated us perfectly from the second we arrived all the way untill we left 3 days later. We had a really perfect stay in this wonderful resort. The Camia restaurant has a high quality food and service, located on a beautiful deck on the beach. People coming to this restaurant even if they are not guests, in order to celebrate or just having a romantic dinner in the sunset. The breakfast in the Ocean restaurant was very good with a verity of dishes.

Great resort in every way: beautifully located, right by the sea with a beautiful clean sandy, partly rocky, and very quiet beach, fringed by fairytale-lit tall palm trees. Free loan of snorkel sets and boards. Amazing sunsets. Some fishermen active in the bay with their small boats. Service on the beach. Showers outside. Large swimming pool -nearly infinity- next to the terrace. Plenty of sunbeds and shade both on the beach and by the pool. Daily massage services available. Fine apartments/homes with balconies detached or in 2 layers amid a large terraced green and flowery garden close to the sea. Delicious choice buffet in the morning, good menu with plenty of options for vegetarians. All this small and modest, tastefully decorated, quiet and clean. The background music enhances the atmosphere. The whole exudes comfort without chic excess. Not least because of the personal: very friendly, attentive and service-minded staff who also help you with arranging transport to your next place of stay. In short: a real gem, you won't want to leave here!

Honestly such a cute stay!! The location was like.. right in front of that proposal bridge thing, so we got crazy good views of the fireworks at night 😍 Our room looked like a tiny Japnese house, and the balcony had flowers!! Sooo pretty I didn’t wanna leave. Staff were super nice, like genuinely kind and helped w everything. They even took pics for us. They had a buggy (like an elec car) to drive us anywhere in town for freee (yes free!!). Breakfast was yum – that cream puff thing? 10/10 would eat again 😂 Also got free cable car tix (valid after check-in day) and they actually reminded me in advance so I could plan better – love that. Will def come backkk if I go Phu Quoc again!!

The view of skyline and nightly fireworks is best seen from the sea view rooms. Comfy pillows even though they don't look fluffy but I had the best night's sleep in a long time in this hotel. No laundry service but no problem because they have a tenant providing laundry services at your cost and pretty cheap too 75,000 VND for 3kg of laundry. Many touristy areas near here including the departure station to Sun World, the Symphony of the Sea show, kiss bridge, eateries along Pearl street. If you don't feel like walking 1km, plenty of electric tuk-tuks and taxis waiting to fetch you.

We had a beachfront cottage. It was brilliant!. Large, clean and comfortable. Right on the beach, so you are listening to the surf as you go to sleep. Beach was spotlessly clean, the pool amazing. Many good local bars and restaurants in the area, though I recommend hiring a scooter to get around. One of those stays where reality is better than the advertising.

Sunset Beach Resort provided the perfect setting for our honeymoon. The beachfront bungalow offered ultimate privacy and romance, with breathtaking sunsets every night. We enjoyed relaxing spa treatments as a couple and loved the delicious in-room dining options. The fire shows added a touch of excitement to our evenings. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel truly special, thanks Mr.Tung

Hotel right on the beach, great swimming pool. The swimming pool is quiet no music so it was very relaxing. Just what we wanted. Room was huge, cleaned every day with fresh towels each day. Great to have a teapot in the room. Water bottles daily and toiletries. Close to small cafes and restaurants just a couple of minutes walk. An amazing beach bar just a couple of minutes walk along the beach. Amazing sunsets. This hotel is the perfect location. We booked for 4 days but stayed for 10. We loved it.

I totally loved this resort; it felt like a home away from home! The rooms were super clean, and breakfast was awesome with fresh fruits every day. Being right on the beach was fantastic, especially with the ocean view upgrade – watching the sunset from our balcony was breathtaking! The pool was a perfect retreat, and the staff went above and beyond, surprising me with a birthday cake that made my day truly special. I highly recommend this resort for a long holiday.

The property was right on the beach, loved it. It was very close to shops and restaurants, the staff were very friendly and our rooms were on the fourth floor with balconies. Great views over the pool, gardens, ocean and the sunsets. It does need a little bit of a tidy up but not much and the value for money is great, overall considering the effects Covid has had on tourism I would definitely stay here again
