This villa was absolutely amazing! The decor throughout was absolutely stunning. Everything was clean and the beds were super comfy. The location was also amazing, only 2 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by lots of cute cafes and coffee shops. The host was also amazing, and super attentive to our questions.

It was a very nice stay! The owner is very friendly and his daughter also soo sweet. The location is right next to the beach and there are many things to do around. For 1,50€ you can take a grab to get inside the old town, it’s about a 20 min ride.

I have stayed in many hotels and homestays and farmstays in Vietnam and this is the best. Exceptionally clean. It is in an authentic Vietnamese neighborhood with many friendly families. The beach is a five minute walk. There are multiple restaurants and coffee shops and convince stores in walking distance. The best part is the wonderful and helpful host, Ms. Phuong and her family who can help you with anything you need or want to do. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I enjoyed the location as it was close to the beach , it had a lovely pool area . We hired scooters and drove into Da nang to see the Lady Budha statue. We also drove into the Hoi An river side to eat and enjoy the sites along the river. The staff were excellent and friendly Lily the front reception lady was so helpful and kind, arranging our transfer to the airport.

A lovely small hotel which is perfectly located for the centre of Hoi An. The breakfasts are very good and the decor is lovely old world Vietnam. We would definitely stay there again.

This is probably my favourite hotel i’ve ever stayed in and i’ve been to many places, it felt like a hidden oasis. Not sure if it was still low season but it was definitely quieter than i’m used to, the infinity pool was a real highlight with the river backdrop and the private beach area is only a 2 minute walk away. The hotel grounds are beautiful and tranquil and our room was very comfortable, staff were amazing and kind :) there is also a free shuttle bus several times a day to/from Hoi An old town which is a very nice touch. Fantastic selection at breakfast too. When we one day visit Hoi An again, will definitely stay here!!

Just amazing, I originally stayed in a different hotel and passed by this one as was looking for a tennis court. I got in love with it. It was overbooked. So I could only book 1 night available on booking, but then actually managed to stay longer booking with hotel directly. the best hotel I stayed in Vietnam - great atmosphere - kids club, billiard, gym, table tennis, tennis courts - master-classes as entertainment every day - fantastic pool and great beach - amazing variety of food for the breakfast - great big spacious rooms
