We recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi for a much-needed staycation to escape the busy daily life in Dubai, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The exceptional service provided by the staff truly made our experience unforgettable. A special mention goes to Mandeep and Dinali at the reception, who were incredibly pleasant, professional, and welcoming. Additionally, Kasun and Zain at the pool/beach bar stood out with their excellent service and professionalism, making our time by the water even more enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive variety of delicious options. The staff were highly attentive, promptly clearing dishes and ensuring the experience was smooth and enjoyable. We also dined at Li Jiang restaurant, where the food and service were equally exceptional. This hotel is a perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and unwind. Our stay was a success, and we attribute that to the warm hospitality of the staff and the amazing food. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay with my wife and our kids. The rooms are so clean and the bed was very comfort with clean fresh sheets. The breakfast was also awesome.
