Inside decoration, interior are very neat, chic and beautiful nice breakfast and dinner special thank to pool and beach workers, especially to Bhaskar Dharavath ) very nice and polite guy.

With many sports facilities and a nice Kids Club delivering children a joyful experience and relaxing moments to parents. But staff and service are the ones that make the difference. And here, these are exceptional! Staff always going beyond and above to make our stay a wonderful one. Always present in a discrete manner and attentive to the smallest details. So welcoming and delivering a genuine 5* service! Thank you, also for the nice surprise you arranged in our room! We were touched by your care and that was much appreciated!. We will definitely return! The only negative is that too many hotels in UAE are advertised as 5*, being far from the standard and this is just unfair to places like Ritz and to travelers.

It has a health club, padel courts, and a tennis court, complemented by an outdoor swimming pool. The beach, sand, sea... looks like Maldives, only without the reef. 5 stars - absolutely corresponds. Special thanks to Eldar from the Argentinian a-la-card: excellent attitude, excellent steaks and a gift from the restaurant for the wife's birthday left the best memories of the time spent in Maté restaurant. The breakfast buffet is beyond praise.

We offer over 10,000 sq. ft. of event space, three outdoor pools, and a private beach. Our family had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was well-organized, clean, and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We especially appreciated how family-friendly the hotel was — they provided everything we needed for our little daughter’s comfort and safety. She absolutely loved the stay! Thank you for making our family vacation so special. We’ll definitely come back again.

Our guests will surely enjoy the wide range of activities around our stunning pool and private beach proposed by our qualified Recreation staff. Our Bodylines Fitness and its team of specialists will make sure to keep you fit and healthy at all stages of your stay. Personnel - very polite and willing to help stuff all across the hotel (waiters, cleaning service, reception etc). We asked for the power adapter and was given one quickly. Food - we had breakfast and dinner package, it was really really good. Many dishes from different cuisines, exotic fruits, pastries were good etc. I experienced before in other hotels that you can have a lot of dishes and all of them could be average taste. On the opposite here, dishes selection was not that huge, but almost everything we tried was very tasty. Location - close to UAE presidential palace, 1 small grocery shop nearby and 1 shopping center within 10-15 mins walk with pharmacy, french cafe and large frech grocery store with good fresh fruits selection. All other tourist attraction can be reached by taxi. Beach - private beach on the hotel territory, clean, 100% sand with no stones, calm water with no waves. Sunbeds are a bit too close to each other, other than that it is perfect. Hotel room - clean, large room for 2 adults, comfortable beds, properly working air conditioner, good sound isolation (haven’t heard any noise from neighboring rooms), bath robes and sleepers. Hotel itself is not new, though very well maintained.
