Everything, very good gym, probably best pool in Abu Dhabi, exceptional breakfast, very good free service at the pool, small football field in resort was amazing touch. Hotel looks like a palace. This is very close to perfect 10.

This was not our first time at Park Hyatt, but it left us just as impressed as the first time. - The service on behalf of all the staff at the hotel is exceptional. This is proper five star hospitality. - The hotel is not new but is kept extreamly well. From the room to the facilities everything is very clean, the decor is very elegant and there are very nice aromas across the building. - The hotel is located on one of the most beautiful beaches of the UAE. - Breakfast is exceptional. - The SPA facilities (sauna, steam bath, hot jacuzzis) are top notch. - The service provided at the pool and beach is also fantastic. Towels, comfortable sun beds and fresh water all day.

Room We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade to a spacious twin room with a kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the magnificent Qasr Al Watan – truly a breathtaking view. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and beautifully arranged. Housekeeping was outstanding: our room was cleaned twice a day, always with care and precision. A special thanks goes to Wahidul, our room attendant, who was always smiling, friendly, and incredibly hardworking – he deserves high praise. Dining We stayed with a half-board plan and were very satisfied with the meals. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, with themed dinners three times a week, which were especially excellent. The food was always fresh, flavorful, and well presented. The staff at the restaurant and reception were polite, welcoming, and always willing to help. Pool & Beach The swimming pools were immaculate, with plenty of available sunbeds at all times. The lifeguards did an excellent job of ensuring safety both in and around the pool area. The private beach was also clean and peaceful, with enough loungers for all guests. The calm waters and relaxing environment were a highlight of our stay. Fitness & Facilities I visited the fitness center, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. It was large, clean, well-equipped, and had everything one could need for a full workout. There is also a kids’ playroom, making the hotel suitable for families with children. Staff The overall staff experience was one of the best aspects of our stay. Everyone was consistently friendly, smiling, and helpful. A heartfelt thank-you goes to Chef Abu Halab, whose kindness and constant care truly made our holiday unforgettable.

It was a beautiful breakfast restaurant, I must commend the staffs for their exceptional service and assistance towards our orders and was well delivered quite on time, Restaurant manager Christian was very nice and friendly, he did his best by making sure our relaxation and comfort take great effect positively, also the outstanding wait who served us till we finish was professional enough thanks to Subrat, the hostess Sanjitha welcomed us with a loving smile which added alot to our beautiful experience same with rest of staffs Richard, Santos, Yonas, Soyim, Priya, Rene, and Shyam, we appreciate you all also the lifeguards Fina and Bryan was friendly and exceptional
