The hotel is excellent and comfortable, but what truly stands out is the staff and their attention to detail and to the guests. Everyone, without exception, is extremely attentive. Special mention goes to Amelia, the concierge, and Qumar, the butler. Both are exceptionally friendly and provide outstanding support during the stay.

It has a health club, padel courts, and a tennis court, complemented by an outdoor swimming pool. Absolute perfection. The location, facilities and staff were impeccable. I am an extensive traveller, who works long hours in a demanding profession. I came to Abu Dhabi for a short break to recharge and stayed at the Park Hyatt on the recommendation of a business aquaintance. The hotel exceeded my expectations, so much so I have already booked again for March. My every need and more was anticipated.

World class staff. Would definitely stay here again.
