Great experience, amamzing staff and all very helpful. KIAN at the reception was very helpful and welcoming throught our visit. MANOJ in cleaning was amazing. TYSON in the water activity section was great. MOMEN in the restaurant/ buffet section both at dinner and next day in breakfast was also super friendly and very helpful. KC and JUNAID at the pool were super friendly and helpful and always smiling.. In general such amazing and well trained and well managed staff who offer great service to guests. Would definitely come back again and again. I also got a nice Birthday cake from the hotel which was a very nice gesture of them.

I was pleasantly surprised by Kay Homes, this hotel absolutely exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. A very special mention goes to Mr. Faisal at the front desk, who welcomed us with such warmth and professionalism. What a wonderful person he is. I had simply asked for a small birthday cake for my husband, and to my astonishment, he returned offering us a full complimentary birthday dinner, along with the cake. This generous gesture was kindly approved by Ms. Chen (the owner), who even came out personally to farewell us upon departure, showing genuine kindness and gratitude. As a thoughtful surprise, we were also given a farewell gift containing chocolates, tissues, and a beautiful glass filled with stones, a lovely detail that made us feel truly appreciated. The room we stayed in was spacious, cosy, bright, and had direct access to the pool. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with everything we needed: clean towels, dental kits, shampoo, conditioner, and other essentials. The pool is big and spacious, and some other rooms have access to I too. It has an area with water blades/waterfalls and also a drinks bar. My little toddler loved it. The car can be parked right outside the room. Breakfast was delicious, featuring lovely traditional Arabic dishes and tea. But the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the birthday dinner prepared for my husband. It was honestly some of the best Arabic food I have ever tasted. The setup was incredibly thoughtful, a private dining area arranged just for us by the pool, beautifully decorated, and made even more special with a cinema night setup featuring bean bags and popcorn to entertain our little daughter. The chocolate cake (as seen in the photo) was absolutely delicious. Kay Homes was amazing. The entire team is genuinely caring, proactive, responsible, friendly, and so accommodating. They go above and beyond in every detail. Thank you Kay Homes!!

It is located 5 km from Al Hamra Golf Club and offers full-day security. The apartment provides parking on-site, an outdoor swimming pool and a lift. The apartment was clean, everything we needed was there, and the hosts responded to our requests, so I can rate it 10 out of 10. My only suggestion would be to replace the sofa bed in the living room, as it’s not comfortable even for a child to sleep on. The apartment is spacious, and the air conditioning is very quiet. The location is wonderful — the area is large and impressive, with a swimming pool and a stunning wild beach. The sea is beautiful, the water color is amazing, there are lots of shells, and it’s very peaceful. Free parking is available in the garage. We truly appreciate this place and rate it very highly. We will definitely come back.

I had a great experience staying in this studio apartment located inside the beautiful Al Hamra Village. The location is excellent, quiet, and secure. There’s a grocery store just outside one of the gates, along with a variety of restaurants including Il Forno (Italian), a Turkish spot, and even a Pizza Hut for quick bites. The studio itself was spotless and well-equipped, perfect for a relaxing day away from work. As a bonus, the facility seems to be pet-friendly, which is always a plus. Highly recommended for a peaceful and convenient stay.

Activities such as snorkelling, fishing, hiking can be enjoyed in the surroundings, and guests can relax along the beachfront. Kids pool is also available at the apartment, while guests can also relax on the sun terrace. Great place to stay, it has everything one needs for a family.
