A continental breakfast is available at the inn. The host is really lovely. We had our stay at the beginning of June,when the whole Resort is opening, there for its restaurant wasn't fully working. The host was so kind and took us to a nearby town to get some dinner. The room was clean and modern with a beautiful view of the lake.

The quality of the furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures in the room was excellent — much better than what we usually see in similar places. There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car.

The beach was beautiful, and our room with a large balcony was the perfect place to read and watch sunsets. We enjoyed a few blissful, slower-paced days - much needed after all the hikes! The staff really make this place special - the ladies working in the kitchen were truly outstanding, and the home-cooked meals were absolutely delicious. Wonderful hospitality! Thank you!

My room was wonderful, filled with an abundance of natural light. I only wish my stay could have been longer! The B&B's location is perfect for exploring, being conveniently close to Lake Sevan, which I enjoyed walking to. Yuri also offers excellent tours at good prices. He took me on a memorable tour in his classic Mercedes Benz, visiting the stunning Haghartsin Monastery, Dilijan, and the historic Sevanavank Monastery by Lake Sevan. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

It is not fancy, but really cosy and friendly place with the best views and super restaurant.
