The transfer from boat to Pousada was arranged by the owners, also the transfer from Atins back to Barreirinhas. We could store our kite luggage in a separate room what was really nice.

Great breakfast and excellent value, the best in our vacation in this area of Brazil, highly recommended and literally on the beach… if coming back to this area I would like to stay again in this place.

Die Unterkunft Pousada Lanea Experience bietet einen Garten, eine Gemeinschaftslounge, eine Terrasse und eine Bar in Atins. The room was immaculate, air conditioned, and very clean and beautiful to stay in. The bathroom with plants and a big shower head was amazing and all aspects of the pousada were thought out with true care in their design. The bed was very comfortable and the spa was a perfect place to sit and enjoy a beer on a hot day. Breakfast needs to be talked about: the pão de queijo was unbelievable and the omelette might be one of the best I’ve had. The offer alternative milk options, and snacks you can take with you when touring the dunes, which we thought was a nice touch. Friends who stayed nearby came over to drink with us at the bar on several afternoons, and we couldn’t get enough of Franz and Katarina’s caipirinhas and company. Truly one of the highlights of our trip was meeting Franz and Katarina, they are amazing hosts and we loved that they sat and drank with us and talked to us about the local history of Maranhão. They were more than helpful, taking us where ever we needed to go on quad bikes (the importance of this in Atins needs to be said) and recommended us fantastic options for food and activities. The pousada amenities are fantastic, with even a basic gym, this place has everything you need to enjoy a stay. We would stay here again, and will recommend this place to everyone who is looking to head to Atins. Thanks Franz and Katarina!
