After years of experience with Booking and Airbnb, I can say without hesitation that Amillo (Kinson) is the best host we have ever met. His warm welcome, attentive support, and seamless check-in made our stay absolutely perfect. He is more than kind—he is truly wonderful! The accommodation is a true haven of peace: calm, relaxing, just a few steps from the sea, and beautifully decorated with great care and taste. Even the outdoor space is a sanctuary of serenity, designed for ultimate relaxation. Everything is meticulously arranged to ensure maximum comfort, and you can feel the attention to detail in every aspect of the stay. Plus, the place is spotlessly clean! We only stayed for one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer. I would return here without hesitation, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay. The beach is secluded and there is even some snorkelling you can do to see some wildlife. This is a nice quiet and private location. The apartment is comfortable, fully equipped, clean with all amenities. If you want a quiet, serene and beautiful place to stay then this apartment is great and you will not be disappointed. If you want "party central" then look for a place in downtown Nassau not here. The host was very helpful and accessible and made things easy.

Very cosy and well-equipped accommodation, great garden and large pool with perfect privacy. The Toyota Prius allowed us to move around without the need for a rental car.
