Good value for the price if compared with the other hotels in Basel downtown. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean, reflecting the attention to detail and high standards of the housekeeping staff. Every surface gleamed, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was pristine.

Fantastic staff, especially the lady who helped us with our bikes in the morning (sorry for not spotting her name) and Ivan. Both stays have been excellent. Cycle friendly. Perfect location for airport bus and for trams around the city. We really liked our room. Very clean. 2nd stay in 9 days and will be back again when next visit Basel.
