People (personal), location, and breakfast was really nice. Small room for 1 which was enough, just separated bathroom on the next door in the corridor. The corner room had no internet which was the main minus especially if you need to work.. By 15 min walk you can find a nice 100 year old cave to go inside the past. :)

i would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, modern rooms, a marina by the river gives you the opportunity to relax and swim on warm days. it is an ideal place to visit the canton of Neuchâtel and the surrounding towns. The location, the staff, cleanliness, the arrangement of the premises - everything was perfect! We did not have breakfast there but cooked ourselves. The convenience store on the premises is also great to buy everything you need. They were super responsive and friendly to us. The natural pool/swimming area is so peaceful. The restaurant/bar in the evening was great - we had wine while kids played with many games on the tables. It is a real family place owned and managed by a family (I think - they looked like a family at least :) )
